Resolutions

During my "Yo-Yo time" I´ve read many articles and webs about how to lose weight and remain healthy. I know now that the troubles have begun because I´ve tried to lose weight. Everything I tried till now was wrong. My metabolism is so slowed down that every molecule of fat goes to my fat reserves. So I swear to keep following principles:
  1. I will have breakfast every day!

  2. I will not eat less than two hours before going to sleep!

  3. I will take probioticum during the lunch!

  4. I will eat smaller mess five times a day!

  5. I will eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day!

  6. I will drink green tea every day!

  7. I will not hunger!

  8. I will take no diet!

  9. I will walk with straightened back!

  10. I will do exercises at least three times a week!

I start today. Cross me your fingers!
