During my "Yo-Yo time" I´ve read many articles and webs about how to lose weight and remain healthy. I know now that the troubles have begun because I´ve tried to lose weight. Everything I tried till now was wrong. My metabolism is so slowed down that every molecule of fat goes to my fat reserves. So I swear to keep following principles:
- I will have breakfast every day!
- I will not eat less than two hours before going to sleep!
- I will take probioticum during the lunch!
- I will eat smaller mess five times a day!
- I will eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day!
- I will drink green tea every day!
- I will not hunger!
- I will take no diet!
- I will walk with straightened back!
- I will do exercises at least three times a week!
